Celebrating the ‘Now’ – Dior Haute Couture Autumn/Winter 2022

Once again the house of Dior chose to introduce its latest Autumn/Winter 2022 Haute Couture collection in a live show during a more digital-oriented Parisian fashion week.

Creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri was keen on celebrating the present after months of uncertainty and obscurity. The new collection re-explored fabrics and embroidery, the style, attitude and movement of a couture piece. The magnificent Musée Rodin served as a backdrop for gowns with pleats, trains and hand-woven chains in colors favored by Monsieur Dior like powder blue and nude.

According to the Italian master designer “Couture is always aspirational and aims to make visible what one does not see”, we can’t wait to see more from Chiuri!
