Guests can indulge in gourmet cuisine at various restaurants and bars, including the iconic Fouquet’s brasserie. Additionally, the hotel boasts a superb SPA with a 15-meter indoor swimming pool. The hotel offers a total of 101 rooms and suites, with 19 new signature rooms and suites introduced in 2019. Designed by Jacques Garcia, all rooms and suites boast an elegant and contemporary design. The accommodations include 66 rooms ranging from 37m2, featuring spacious bathrooms with baths, as well as 30 junior suites and suites ranging from 50m2 to 85m2. Additionally, there are 5 Exceptional Suites ranging from 131m2 to 200m2, offering the VIP Suite Experience. Approximately 60% of the rooms are connecting, and guests can enjoy views of the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs-Élysées, Avenue George V, or the hotel’s interior garden.

The Diane Barrière Spa offers a tranquil retreat resembling a Parisian apartment, featuring a majestic marble fireplace, paintings, and ancient sculptures by the poolside. Guests can unwind in a 15-meter indoor swimming pool equipped with an aquatic circuit and jacuzzi. The spa also includes hammams, saunas, and a fitness center equipped by Technogym with a private coach available. Additionally, there are 5 treatment rooms, including a duo treatment room with a hydrojet cabin for guests to indulge in various spa treatments.

For fine dining, the Brasserie Fouquet’s Paris, recognizable by its red awnings and wooden decor, recently celebrated its 120th anniversary. Led by Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire, the menu offers French culinary classics with a creative twist. Le Joy, a restaurant and bar opening onto a garden, is perfect for various occasions such as lunch, tea time, evening drinks, or Sunday brunch, serving modern French cuisine. L’Escadrille, a historic bar linked to Fouquet’s brasserie, features a majestic counter. Behind a discreet library door, Le Marta Paris offers an intimate and festive atmosphere with exclusive cocktails and trendy DJs, extending to a rooftop in the summer.
